Delivery Times and Charges
Orders will be despatched between 3 to 7 working days from the time of ordering unless on backorder.

Delivery times may be extended during holiday times and peak periods, particularly when pre-orders are available for products.

Please allow additional delivery time for orders to Tasmania and the East Coast of Australia.

Subject to the availability of products, orders will be despatched in order of receipt, credit cards will be charged at time of ordering to secure orders.

Delivery charges will vary according to contents of the order.

Please note - to avoid delaying your order, we will amend incorrect delivery options selected unless advised otherwise.

Charges on credit card statements will appear as MAI Australia.

MAI Australia will contact you with 3 working days if your goods are unavailable or shipping is delayed.
