Returns and Refunds
Returns can be sent in their original condition to:

Please include with your return: your name, address and your Reference/Invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. Also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. Note that for amounts under $23.50 we do not process refunds or provide credit notes and we will substitute with a similar product of the same or greater value.

Where applicable, refunds will be issued by cheque, while replacements will be sent immediately unless there is a stock problem, whereby you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement.
